What is on my mind? What a great job the kids, Dr. Scott and Mr. Jones did on Friday night. So many people missed a good night with great laughs. What a talented bunch of Bulldogs. Dr. Scott made me laugh more than I had in awhile.
This afternoon I saw Hellmann stop in front of my house, write something (presumably my address) and then drive on. I have a Morrisville Matters.com sign. The only rational explanation I can come up with is that the SOC team is going to do a mailing and want to know where they can save postage.
They are nervous as the Blue and Gold signs are poppen up all over. Blue and Gold = school spirit, school pride, for the kids for the parents for the taxpayers...Red sign = Danger, Run away, Keep going!
We are definitely not running scared, we are gaining momentum and the buzz is Morrisville Matters around town. We are proud to be on this ticket and to have all the support we have. Signs, Followers, Believers, Supporters= Voters! and we appreciate every person who has contacted us in every way!!! You are right above, so much tolerated in this town but Morrisville Matters is where it stops.
Jane Burger and Steve Worob and Ed Bailey were defeated on council. Worob had to rely on a appointment from his buddies to get on the school board. Come to think of it, so did Buckman, and so did Ruthrauff.
Point is, it can be done. These guys can be defeated.
Morrisville Matters Next Meet and Greet is scheduled for May 5th 7-8pm at the Squirrels Nest Cafe on West Bridge Street in the Borough. Coffee and Dessert with the Candidates! We make sure we are out and about and accessible for everyone to talk to us about issues, our platform or just to get to know us in general. Nothing hidden here, come meet us and lets talk!
You wanna Voucher? Get one of these Vouchers!!! Get your gas powered mover out of a traditonal failing lawn to a place where it can achieve 'blades of glory'. Inject some competition into the slothful gas powered mower monopoly and its powerful union, Briggs&Stratton Local 22"!

They're at the "taking names" stage.

Just don't let them scare you thats all they have to work with is scaring people with lies and threats. if you backdown they win
Lying, bullying, and thuggery have been tolerated in this town for far too long.
You can be tax prudent without resorting to it.
It's hard to put a price tag on the damage it has done and continues to do.

Buckman, Burger, Worob & Bailey were defeated on council. Buckman repositioned to school board.
Morrisville Matters plans on going all the way.

I saw an article in today's paper that made me think Morrisville had a pretty good recycling program.
However, the above is not the kind of recycling we should be doing.
