This website (see link below) is all the "rage" around here lately. It mentions a bunch of changes (some might call them "cuts") rumored to be in store for Morrisville School District this coming year. Aides, music, sports, library, etc. Rumors have a pretty good track record of coming true around here (the loss of about 10 aides is more than a rumor, it's fact).
I can "vouch" for the fact that it's tough to get information, let alone accurate information, out of the School Board and Administration. I don't know who's running this angryyet.net website, but I encourage the sentiment of more concerned citizens, particularly parents, becoming "activists" and asking the tough questions and demanding accountability from the elected School Board members and the Administration members they hired.
I also encourage people to vote for School Board candidates who value everyones' input and operate in a more transparent manner. That means I don't support "Stay on Course".

its pretty cool site and seems fairly accurate from what we have been hearing . I agree with the 'get involved' as well.. and thanks jon for your continued support for MM and your great job on the blog
I feel like I need Lon Chaney Jr and a candleabra when I review "the changes".Thank you very muchfor clueing people in on what school board doesnt want anybody to know...

I read the angry yet website with caution. The Mihoks/Burgers etc., of this world would do just about anything to get & maintain control & power. Although the information contained within the angry yet website seemed right on, I considered that it may actually be inspired by a Mihok type to dispell a bit of inaccurate info to a point (in with the truth), hoping the Morrisville Matters folks will jump on it. This would allow the SOC group to point fingers towards the MM group because otherwise they wouldn't have that ability.
When thinking about this I had to laugh at myself because the MM group doesn't have to stoop to the level of the SOC group (not that they would anyway) because there is already so much accurate info to use on SOC.
LOL I used the words Mihok & truth in the same sentence. I better get that coffee pot going.
sounds to me like the angry yetters have got it on the ball with info from what is 'rumored' or aleady in the works. Parents better start payen attention, its getting ugly out there
Sounds like a bunch of that fancy reverse child pyschology stuff to me!
Predictions: A lot of it will come true. School officials will spin it like a top.
Go to the school board meeting this Wednesday and see for yourself.

the real boro leaders already sit on the board and make the decisions to save morrisville homeowners while the rest of u sit home and do nothing. sit back do nothing and thank GOD when november comes and its four more years of great leadership
To above, the four morrisville matters candidates and our supporters are NOT do nothing people. We raise our children in the district, paticipate in school and community functions, support our families and more importantly speak up and offer suggestions and ideas and sometimes present an opposition when things are not quite right. If we sat back and did nothing we would not have petitioned signatures and run an election. We believe in all of the kids in our community, which is more than SOC can say! we believe we will make a difference in how things are handled, how things are communicated, how things are presented and will keep it honest and moral all at the same time. Again, more than SOC can say.

there's a problem & more understanding is surfacing about the exact nature of the actual problem that's why no one is saying too much because the majority is just now realizing how where and why we are faced with the problems we have we are not unique the same problems are happening all over the nation we have power driven greed mongers that sit in higher places they control and decide what will be our future the people are getting angry and they are acting out in some places because they have finally had it surface and they know nothing can be done they are listening with their whole being not just their ears and their egos they know the truth it has reached their core we are down here and we are going to have to figure it out and we should stop fighting over the left overs and crumbs it will only get worse listen to the honest experts and strap on your battle fatigue and prepare for the final round GOT JESUS?!?He gives wisdom strength and victory to all who call out to Him thats all we need
