Yes, John the budget is open for public and administration-board comment/questions etc on May 18th...The day after the Primary, however, since the general is in November we anticipate all programs to be held onto so those 'side' promises can be 'honored'.

I'll answer my own question. I watched the video of the 4/13 agenda meeting.
The answer is NO.
NO, Tentative 2011-12 Budget adoption did NOT make the agenda for the 4/20 Board Business Meeting.
The 4/20 Board Business Meeting is the last one before the May 17 Primary Election.
It's official: No one will know what cuts are coming or not coming until after the May 17 Primary Election.

Unfortunately the joint board meeting is at Tech tonight as well. We will be at morrisvilles but really do not like missing techs.
